I’m so proud of myself. I’ve been eating well for 4 days straight and sticking to my exercises. I think I’ve gained some muscle too. My workouts are starting to get easier.

I do!:) Among with a high dose of fish oil and other vitamins. Thanks.:D

The first picture is from January 2011.  267 pounds.  Shirt size 2XL, pants size 22. 

The second picture is from tonight (aug 19, 2011).  182 pounds.  Shirt size medium, pants size 14.

approximately 7 months.  84.4 pounds lost.  a whole new life gained.

I’m getting good at this. 9,545 steps down. I’m just gonna go ahead and say by the end of the day I’ll have 10,000. SO PROUD. Yay fitness. Yay me.:)

This is a weight loss/fitness/pro health blog. I will not intentionally post anything that I believe to be pro ED. I've struggled with them in the past and now I want to not just be thin (within reason), but HEALTHY. ED's have messed me up and it's a road I do not want to go down again. I am currently maintaining on 1200 cal. a day because self starvation made me lose my muscle. Binge eating made me gain the high percentage of body fat I currently have. I want to escape the skinny-fat syndrome and I WILL.
